Return Policy:

No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at Phumula_custsrvc@yahoo.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have item returned to us. and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days.

Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to Phumula_custsrvc@yahoo.com. Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based off our discretion.

Lost/Stolen Package:

Phumula, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package
